Risotto With Butternut Squash, Leeks And Basil

Ingredients

    1 butternut squash roasted
    2 leeks
    3 T olive oil
    2 t thyme, chopped
    1 c. risotto rice
    4 oz white wine
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 T basil, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste.
