1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 8 oz pkg of mushroom pieces/slices
4 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 saute pan or flat sided skillet
1 food processor or blender
1 medium Tupperware container
