    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    4 tsp parmeasean cheese
    4 tomatoe slices
    1 cup Broccoli or spinach (i use 16 oz frozn broccoli flourettes)

Description

Easy Breakfast / Great For Company/ U Can Use Low Fat Or Fat Free Ingrediants But I Have Seen It Get A Little Runny That Way.
