- 3 cups good quality canned tuna (packed in water), drained
1/4 cup honey, cane juice, or non-sweetened mayonnaise (NOT with sugar or HFCS)
4 cornichons, chopped
2 tsps dried dill
1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
2 tsp dried parsley leaves
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 spelt or sprouted grain bagels, sliced and toasted
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced crescents
1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
1 seedless cucumber, sliced
4 Bibb lettuce leaves

My Adaptation Of This Recipe... Tyler Says It Only Serves 2, But That's A Heckuva Load Of Tuna (1 1/2 Cups!!). I Say It Serves At Least 4... (Nutrition Info Includes Cream Cheese And Bagel For Sandwich)
