    Yellow Corn Kernals, Frozen, 1 cup
    Green Beans (snap) or frozen, 2 cup
    Scallions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Salt, 3 tsp
    Vegetable Broth, 8 cups
    Tofurkey Kielbasa, 2 serving
    Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp
    Organic Soy Milk (Aldi Brand), 8 oz
    Mrs. Dash (Any Flavor but I used their SW Chipotle)
