Ingredients

    2 pounds pre cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined.
    16 oz Whole Wheat Pasta, any shape
    2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
    3 carrots, thinly sliced or grated
    1 small head of cauliflower, washed and chopped
    1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli florets
    1 cup onions, finely chopped
    2 cups celery, finely chopped
    1 jar artichoke hearts chopped, not the kind in oil
    4 oz package of "real" bacon bits
    1 package of ranch dressing mix
    3 cups low fat plain unsweetened yogurt
