8oz package frozen artichoke hearts
2-3 cloves garlic, very finely diced
2oz can sliced black olives, drained
1 small onion, diced finely
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
2 tbsp capers
salt & pepper
6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
