1 cup of chopped Maui onion
10 cloves of minced garlic
1-1/2 cups of sliced shitake mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced black or green olives
1/4 cup sliced pimientos
1 TBS saffron threads
! TBS bay leaves crumbled
2 tsp Chinese five-spice and pepper
2 cups jasmine rice (basmati rice)
3-1/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 lb cubed ahi tuna
1/2 lb cubed ono fish
1/4 lb large shrimps (peeled)
1/2 lb mussels or clams in shell (or half of each)
3/4 lb cubed chicken breast or pork or combo
