Shrimp & 'grits' (cauliflower)

Ingredients

    1 lb shrimp, uncooked and shelled
    1 head cauliflower
    6 pieces bacon, thick cut
    butter (not margarine)
    1/4 c sour cream
    1/4 c ricotta cheese
    1/4 c heavy whipping cream
    1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    Old Bay seasoning
    4 garlic cloves, crushed

Description

Shrimp And Grits Is A Fine Old Southern Tradition, Tasty And So Very Regional. However, Grits Are Not Really Good If You're Trying To Low Carb, So This Update Lets You Have It And Avoid The Grits.
