Lo Cal Beef Stroganoff With Peas

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 pound Ground beef, extra lean
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup Chicken Stock
    1/2 cup Red Wine
    10 oz package fresh sliced Mushrooms
    2 cups frozen Peas
    26 oz can 98% fat free condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Salt, pepper to taste.
    12 oz package of Egg Noodle Substitute (no yolks)

Description

My Lo Cal Version Of Beef Stroganoff...I Add Peas For Color And Flavor...no Worries If You Don't Use The Red Wine. Serving Size Is 1 Cup.
