Ingredients
- 1.5 cups whole wheat or white whole wheat flour
0.5 cups oat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp honey
1 2/3 cups hot tap water (not too hot or it will kill the yeast. 110-115 degrees)
1.5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
