Ingredients
- Meatballs:
Jennie-O Ground Turkey 16 oz
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
(I seasoned these to taste with Italian Seasonings - 2 TBSP)
Soup:
Onion One large white
Celery 4 stalks cut up
Idaho Russet Potatoe (just one cut into 1inch slices)
1/2 a head of cabbage cut into 1-2 inch pieces. This will look like a LOT of cabbage but it renders down.
Carrots 3 cut into pieces
Minced garlic to taste (I like a LOT of garlic)
Side:
Brown Rice 2 cups uncooked
Description
Just A Random Soup We Made Tonight With The Veggies We Had Left Over. You'll Find The Cabbage Makes This Soup Very Filling While Not Being Terribly High Calorie.
