Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, fresh, 4 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Cucumber (with peel), .25 cup slices
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    egg white protein powder - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp

Description

Put All Ingredients Into A High Speed Blender And Blend Together Until It Is Nice And Creamy Put Into 3 Cups And Drink Throughout The Day.
