1/4 c orange juice
1 T dijon mustard
1 T honey
1/4 c chicken stock (I buy the reduced sodium/fat free & it turned out just fine)
3 c cooked chicken
11 oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c toasted sliced almonds
1 c spinach (I used a lot more)
