    1 english cucumber, chopped fine
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    0.75 cup feta cheese , crumbled
    3 tbsp red wine vinegar
    3 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
