    .5 tsp red pepper flakes
    .25 tsp pepper
    1 can plum tomatoes (796 ml)
    6 cups low fat, low sodium chicken broth
    1 bag baby spinach (300 grams)
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed (540 ml)
    1 can chickpeas, rinsed (540 ml)
    .75 cup small pasta (ditali or tubetti)
    .33 cup chopped fresh italian parsley
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
