Ingredients

    • 1 bunch green onion
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 6 cups chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp fresh minced or grated ginger
    • 2 cups coconut milk
    • 3 jalapeno peppers (opt)
    • 4 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 lb chicken (any kind: breasts, halves, pieces, thighs, etc.)
    • 2 medium carrots, sliced
    • 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped cabbage
    • 1 small tomato, roughly chopped
    • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro or 1 tsp dried

Description

Thom Kha With Chicken And Veggies. Yummy!!! Very Light But Still Filling Since It Uses Chicken Broth With The Coconut Milk.
