- 1/4 cup whole grain flour
3 packets truvia
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or alkalized) I included the nesquik chocolate powder (60 cal)
1/8 tsp baking powder if using alkalized (Dutch-processed) OR 1/8 tsp baking soda if using natural
tiny pinch of salt
3 Tbsp milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt OR unsweetened applesauce for a vegan version
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
*optional (not included in nutritional info) peanut butter drizzle*
