Green Beans Broccoli Cauliflower Chickpea Green Curry Soup

Ingredients

    coconut extract, 0.50 tsp
    Chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed, 1.75 cup
    Tomatoes, Diced, Canned, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup Almond Milk 0.50 cup
    Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    curry paste green, 1 tbsp
    Green Beans, Cut, Frozen, 2 cup
    Broccoli Cauliflower Mix 1 bag
    Maple Syrup 1 tablespoon

    I added the Maple Syrup trying to dilute heat from too much curry paste.
