Ingredients

    129g sweet onion (about 1 small), chopped
    106g Publlix Greenwise Cut Baby Carrots, chopped
    150g green bell pepper, (about 1 medium), chopped
    28 oz can Tuttorosso New World Style Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
    2 1/2 cups College Inn Beef Broth
    2 1/2 cups water
    225g (7.9 oz) beef sirloin/or lean stew meat, cut small
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 tsp Morton Lite Salt Mixture
    2 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup Texmati Brown Rice, Long Grain American Basmati (Rice Select)
