- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
