- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup diced smoked ham (about 3 ounces)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 4 cups hot cooked farfalle pasta (about 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta) or penne or fusilli
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
