Potatoes:- 2 pounds peeled baking potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
