- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onions, divided
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 8 cups hot cooked fettuccine (about 1 pound uncooked pasta)
