Ingredients

  • 300.0g spinach , washed and trimmed
  • 50.0g butter
  • 500.0g smoked haddock
  • 1 small onion , cut in half
  • 200.0ml milk
  • 20.0g flour
  • 250.0g mushrooms , trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 100.0ml crème fraîche
  • 400.0g puff pastry
  • 200.0g Gruyère (or other cheese that melts well), grated
  • 1 egg yolk , beaten with 1 tsp water
