  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar or possibly 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 3/4 c. medium cream
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 ounce dark jamaican rum
  • 1 x nutmeg
