- 1 c. couscous
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 c. basil, fresh packed, then cut in

- 1 bn arugula cut in ribbons
- 1Â 1/2 c. red grapes seedless, cut in
- Â Â half
- 2 x mangos peeled and diced
- 1/4 c. walnuts toasted
- 1 lb leftover pork loin or possibly smoked turkey,
- Â Â optional fat, skin etc
- Â Â removed. Diced
- Â Â Grapefruit Juice Dressing
