- 1/4 c. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- Â Â Lemon slices and parsley for garnish
- Â Â Thin slices of green onion rings for garnish
- 1 x Quartered onion and 1 lemon slice for poaching seafood
