- 1 x Ginger, 1-inch piece thinly sliced
- 20 x Peppercorns, black, crushed
- 1/4 lb Butter, unsalted
- 2 x Ginger, thin slices, minced
- 1 lrg Shallot, minced
- 1 sm Garlic, clove, minced
- 1 sm Chili, green, seeded and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala (see any
- 1 Tbsp. Curry, pwdr (If Garam Masala is not available, use 2 tb of Curry pwdr)
- 1 Tbsp. Juice, lemon
- 1 pch Turmeric, grnd

- Â Â Cucumbers in yogurt and creme fraiche
