- 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice, grnd cumin and grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Four, (8-oz) sea bass filets or possibly steaks
- 1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 med Red bell peppers, seeded, cored and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 4 ounce Mushrooms, trimmed, wiped clean and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 Tbsp. Water or possibly chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. Favorite prepared barbecue sauce
