Dill Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sliced or possibly Whole Baby Carrots
  • 1 c. Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh White pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Water

Description

Simmer Carrots In Chicken Stock Till Tender. Add In Sugar, Dill, Salt, White Pepper And Heavy Cream. Bring To A Low Boil. Thicken With 1 Tsp. Of Cornstarch And 1 Tsp. Water Mix.…
