Crockpot Cordon Bleu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves pounded to
  •     flatten slightly
  • 6 x thin slices ham
  • 6 x thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour for coating
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine (or possibly use chicken broth)
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary crushed
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
