- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp soy lecithin granules(pretty sure you could omit this if you dont have on hand,or use 1 tsp guar gum)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/2 cup cocount oil (organic and softened)
- 1/4 cup stevia(powdered)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 3/4 cup light brown pure cane organic sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (organic vanilla)
- 1 tbsp egg replacer(or 1 egg white)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp applesauce(unsweetened)
- 1 bag or 12 oz choc chips or carob chips(I used semi-sweet)
