  • 6 slc homemade bread cut small croutons
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  •     (or possibly 1/4 c. maple syrup)
  • 1 3/4 c. medium cream
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 ounce dark Jamaican rum
  •     Nutmeg to taste
