  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 can (29-ounce.) tomato puree
  • 1 can (6-ounce.) tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry red wine
  • 1 c. Fresh minced tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Fresh minced parsley
  • 2 c. Reduced-fat hard tofu, (not silken)
  •     Egg replacer to equal 2 Large eggs
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper
  • 6 x Cloves garlic, pressed, up to 8
  • 2 c. TVP or possibly crumbled veggie burgers
  • 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos or possibly soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Catsup or possibly tomato puree
  • 12 x Lasagne pasta, half cooked
