- 1/3 c. fresh spinach leaves roughly minced
- 1/3 c. sliced broccolini (diagonal slices)
- 3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp vegetarian bouillon (pwdr) see variations
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil or possibly to taste
- 1 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 lb extra hard tofu (low fat) 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 ounce red bell pepper
- 1 pch cayenne pepper (optional)
