- 3 can beer any flavor
- 3 lb pork cubed thick butterfly chops or possibly 3 pound pork roast
- 2 lb chuck cubed
- 6 lb grnd rump
- 4 lrg white onions
- 10 x cloves garlic chopped in press
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp mole pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp Louisiana Red Warm Sauce
- 1 can tomato paste (8 ounce.)
- 2 lrg cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. masa harina flour
