  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

  • 12 ounce Rigatoni pasta, preferably multi-colored
  • 1/3 c. Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 c. Crumbled Gorgonzola or possibly blue cheese, (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 c. Grated fresh Parmesan cheese, (2 ounces)
