- 1/2 c. Minced pimiento
- 1 c. Lentil sprouts
- 1 c. Cooked AM Whole Grain Wheat
- 1 c. Cooked AM Medium Brown Rice
- 1 med Red onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. Unrefined vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. -wine vinegar or possibly lemon juice Or possibly up to...
