- 2 c. red or possibly white wine
- 1 tsp crushed fennel seed

- 1/4 c. minced parsley

- 32 sm cleaned shrimp
- 2 lb red snapper, cut into pcs
- 1 x clove garlic
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
