- 2 lrg acorn squash
- Â Â or possibly small butternut squash
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 x 6 ounce pkg wild rice
- 4 c. vegetable stock or possibly water
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly oil
- 8 ounce mushrooms sliced
- Â Â (mix domestic and wild mushrooms)
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 stalk celery rib finely minced
- 1/2 c. toasted mixed nuts coarsely minced
- Â Â (pine-, hazel-, walnuts or possibly pecans)
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mixed herbs
- Â Â (thyme, chives or possibly marjoram)
- 1 whl egg and
- 1 x egg white
