  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbs capers
  • 1 Tbs anchovies (optional)
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp orange zest
  • 1 Tbs basil, finely chopped
