- 1 lrg Red "tuna" cactus fruit,
- Â Â or possibly the meat of 1 large or possibly 2 small meat
- Â Â plums, such as Elephant Heart or possibly Santa
- Â Â Rosa, peeled, seeded and minced
- 1 c. Chicken stock or possibly water
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper
- Â Â Red food color
- 8 x Quail, fresh, or possibly frzn and thawed cleaned
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 8 x Garlic cloves peeled
- 1 sm White onion peeled, and
- Â Â cut into eighths
