- 1/2 Tbsp. roasted garlic puree
- Â Â (abt 3 cloves roasted)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 x anchovy fillet
- 1/2 x garlic clove
