- 1Â 1/3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 4 x 5-Oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3/4 head Iceberg Lettuce, cored, rinsed, dry, and cut into 1/8" wide strips
- 3/4 head Romaine Lettuce Leaves, separated and trimmed, rinsed, dry, and cut into 1/8" strips
