  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil soy
  • 1 c. tomatoes minced
  • 16 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • 15 ounce canned kidney beans dark red
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 ounce tomato paste canned (optl)
  •     Salt to taste
  • 4 c. cooked brown rice
