- 8 ounce Lasagna noodles, precooked till al dente (Or possibly "no bake noodles soaked in warm water for a few min till pliable)
- 4 x Baking apples, cored, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (or possibly so, depending on your taste)
- Â Â Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar plus some for "sprinkling"
- 2 c. Ff ricotta or possibly cottage cheese
- 8 ounce Shredded ff cheddar cheese
- 1 x Egg white (can be omitted if you like)
- 1 c. Good apple cider
