  • 1 Jalapeño – chopped with seeds
  • 1 29oz. can of black beans - rinsed & drained
  • Olive oil – for drizzling
  • Seasoning Mix:
  • 1 tablespoon – LivingtheGourmet Spice Rub
  • 1 tsp. – cumin
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
