  • 1/2 c. butter - (1 stick)
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened shredded coconut plus
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 x papaya peeled, seeded,
  •     and cubed
  • 1/2 x mango peeled, seeded,
  •     and cubed
  • 3/4 c. freshly-squeezed orange juice
  •     Pudding (listed above)
