- 1 can Cream Of Celery Soup --
- Â Â Or possibly--
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup --
- Â Â Or possibly--
- 1 can Cream Of Shrimp Soup
- Â Â Salt And Pepper
- 2 c. Eggplant -- minced & cooked
- 3 x Avocados -- halved
- Â Â Juice Of 1 Lemon
- 1 c. Rice
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- Â Â Raisins
- Â Â Whole Peanuts
- Â Â Chutney
- Â Â Toasted Coconut
- Â Â Lime
- Â Â Scallions
- Â Â Preserved Kumquats --
